Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel, waist beads, or accessories unless there is a verified issue with the product.

If your item arrives damaged, please email kindasortaky@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Healing Ain’t No Heaux is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing selections
• Damage caused by normal wear
• Improper care of garments or accessories
